Dutch Two Story Barns
Do you need a lot of storage space but don't want to cram your backyard with a big storage barn? If so, our Two Story Barn is perfect for you. For example, if you need 560 square feet of storage space and you decide on a Two Story Barn, you will need a 14x20 barn. However, if the building has only one floor you will need a 14x40 building which will take double the space and stone needed for site preparation. You may also need to get additional permits for the single story building as most Townships issue permits based on the building dimensions.
Cape Cod Two Story Barns
Although it has a little less 2nd floor storage space than the dutch barn style, it may look better on your property, as most homes have similar roof styles. The Cape Cod style is standard with a full 1st & 2nd floor, and is available in 12’ and 14’ widths and up to 48’ long. The standard features and specifications are the same as the dutch barn style.
